HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Excellent customer service "GREAT" pricing and over all had everything I needed! I called and the woman who answered the phone was polite and friendly, something that is lacking these days when calling businesses! Shen the person I needed to speak with was busy with another customer she offered a call back, I was septics I would receive a call back from them but agreed thinking I'd have to call back. To my pleasant surprise she had them call back within a few minutes! The gentlemen, who called was a kind, professional, patient as I didn't know exactly the terminology that I was supposed to use. However, he understood that I was a novice and calling for someone else and knew exactly what I was looking for. I was in the area from out of town and needed to see some composite deck colors. I went in to see some samples and Barrett was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He did not dismiss us when he found out that we were from out of state just looking. On a whim we asked for prices and found out that it was WAY cheaper than Idaho. This place is much more affordable than the big box stores. The customer service is great. They package the wood for you and load it into your vehicle. You can buy large amounts or just a few pieces. They sell all kinds of lumber, treated, headers, posts, siding. They can get you up to 20ft pieces at no extra charge.
